our double room was fashionable with tea, great decor, for example. the staff were exceptionally nice and the concierge service, wake up calls, and ironing were free of charge.

Everything was perfect with well-appointed and nice styled rooms. The breakfast was amazing there. The stuff was gentle, we appreciated everyone. Location: the hotel was really close to Train and Tram station, S10 subway, and the city centre and main railway station.

Our room at Boutique Hotel Helvetia was beautifully designed with a medium-sized bedroom and a stunning view of the river. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and we loved the ambiance of the hotel. The bar was a great spot to relax, and the hotel's location in the middle of the city allowed us to explore Zurich on foot. we had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is at a busy intersection and the trams run late and start early. The rooms are small and the ceilings are low. The hotel does not have air conditioning which was unfortunate since it was very warm in Zurich when we were there. It is obvious that the rooms were an afterthought to the restaurant downstairs.
